Returns

At BY SV our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers and we back it up with our return policies. Merchandise purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Each box has a return label in the box for domestic shipping only. Simply use the return label to return the item. 

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
